With $25.2M in state funding, Ohio is preparing its workforce for the future. Every employer can access up to $180,000 annually to train employees in AI literacy—100% reimbursed.
In 2025, Ohio approved $25.2 million in TechCred funding to prepare workers for the AI-driven economy. With bi-monthly application windows, employers across the state can access this funding to train their workforce in AI literacy.
Why AI literacy matters: MIT research shows that 92% of AI pilots fail—not due to technology limitations, but because of inadequate human preparation. AI literacy is the key to successful adoption.
Ohio has the opportunity to become a national leader in workforce AI readiness. This isn't just about technology—it's about ensuring every Ohio worker can thrive in the economy of tomorrow.
