$180,000 per organization annually. With six bi-monthly application windows, employers can train up to 90 employees per year—100% reimbursed by the state.

Upskill Ohio is guided by an Advisory Board of C-suite executives, HR leaders, and workforce development experts from across Ohio. We're currently forming this board as we launch the initiative.
As an Advisory Board member, you will:
Guide Ohio's AI workforce initiatives and influence policy
Connect with fellow Ohio business leaders in quarterly meetings
Recognition as a workforce development leader in the state
Quarterly 90-minute meetings (virtual or in-person)
